This program is for those who want to eliminate (or at least dramatically reduce) your use of coffee, caffeine, tobacco products, alcohol, and any recreational drugs. At the same time, you will be reducing your intake of fast foods, processed foods, meat, refined sugars, and sweets.
You will learn to focus instead on truly eating what will make you healthy and happy. This means eating simple, wholesome (and tasty!) foods like fruits, fresh vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Learn to read labels in the supermarket to understand what you are really putting into your body and how those things affect you.
At the end of the process you will do a beneficial cleanse to rid the body of many residual toxins.
