This 4 week process will cleanse toxins from your body and get rid summer heat and prepare you for the cooler, drier months ahead.

In addition to the diet and Ayurveda counseling, the program will include:

  • Introduction to Ayurveda, India’s traditional medical science, and how it can get and keep you healthier and happier.
  • Learn to eat right for your unique constitution or dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
  • Learn specific Yoga poses that detox the body.
  • Happy Belly cooking to learn how to cook what you will eat during the cleanse
  • 4 Meetings - Saturday afternoons from 2 - 4PM
  • 1 Cooking Class
  • 30 Days of Yoga during the cleanse


Program:
Week 1 – Introduction to Ayurveda and your specific dosha. Intro to foods that heal you.
Week 2 – Daily personal care, called Dinacharya, a personal daily routine taught by Soni including yoga and you. 

Week 3 – Learn about what imbalances us, including the 9 emotions, and introduce breathing exercises to balance the mind. 
Week 4 - Final Cleanse : Toning and nurturing the digestive tract.
