This 4 weeks is not magic, you have to be committed to the program for the full 4 weeks to get the results.

We’ll show you how to shop wisely, eat well and stretch yourself slim. The best part? No yoga experience necessary. On this 4-week plan, you will eat, move, and live according to your natural rhythms. You’ll relax your systems rather than stress them out, so that you won’t experience the hunger pangs that often come when your body is in overdrive.
